So today i wanna share with you guys what etiquette issues that always happen to be a lecturer. Its such not an easy things cause we are dealing with the teenagers that alwaysssss eager in technology.
1) Inappropriate use of cell phones
Talking or texting on a cell phone during class may seem a distraction for students that try to focus in the class. The cell phone should be in silent mode during in the class or the lecturers can switch off.
2) Socials
The uses of computer as medium in teaching also can decrease the interaction between student and lecturers if they doesn’t realize towards their responsibilities which is teaching and guiding the students.
3) Internet
The internet is not belonging to anyone, so it is impossible to control the content of the internet. Every user of the internet has their right to include any information that they want to spread. Because of this, it will be hard for educators to filter good and bad content.
4) Inaccurate report / information
The lecturers usually need to key in the data such as student’s marks into the online system can caused to inaccurate data due to too many student’s they have at once. The mistakes also sometimes can cause by the computer viruses. Such mistakes can make the student need to recheck their marks manually with their lecturer again.
